Jeff Gelfuso is an accomplished professional in product experience and design, currently serving as Chief Product Experience Officer and Chief Design Officer at Workday. As a founding member of the Design Executive Council and a member of the Board of Trustees at Cornish College of the Arts, Jeff contributes to the development of design education. Previously, Jeff held significant roles at Facebook as Executive Director of Product Design, User Experience, Systems and Tools, and at Amazon as Executive Director of Research, Design, Concept Lab, CX Programs and Creative Studio, in addition to serving as Director of Customer Experience. Jeff garnered a degree in Design with a focus on Visual Communication from California Polytechnic State University, completing studies between 1989 and 1994.
