Josh Deboer

Josh DeBoer is a seasoned program manager currently at Design Systems, Inc., since December 2023. Prior roles include serving as Senior Engineering Project Manager at Coherent Corp. from November 2021 to December 2023 and Senior Project Engineer at Mastronardi Produce from November 2019 to November 2021. Prior experience includes various engineering and project management positions at RedViking from January 2013 to November 2019 and an undergraduate researcher role at the University of Michigan in 2012. Josh DeBoer began a career in the United States Marine Corps as a Crew Chief from July 2002 to July 2008. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering, an MBA from Sullivan University, and additional studies at Eastern Michigan University.
