Nizar Chaari

Nizar Chaari, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional specializing in organizational transformation and human resources strategy. Currently serving as the Lead Transformation at Desjardins since May 2018, Nizar also holds positions as a management instructor at HEC Montréal and at the École des sciences de la gestion (ESG) at UQAM, where engagement in human resources and organizational studies is ongoing. Prior experience includes a role as an expert management consultant for the Government of Québec from January 2013 to May 2018 and project and research responsibilities at UQAM's Centre de recherche sur les innovations sociales. Nizar holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Management from UQAM.
