Zac Immonen

Zac Immonen is a Senior Mining Consultant at Deswik since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in mining engineering. Previously, Zac held the position of Senior Mine Services Engineer at Oyu Tolgoi LLC from September 2019 to April 2021, overseeing the mine services system for the underground project. Zac's background includes various roles at Barrick Gold Corporation from February 2015 to August 2019, such as Project Engineer, Underground Construction Supervisor, Short Range Planning Engineer, and Ground Control Engineer, contributing to significant underground excavation and mining planning projects. Zac's early career included internships and practical experience as an Underground Miner at JS Redpath Limited and Silver Opportunity Partners LLC. Zac earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, between 2011 and 2014.
