Lena Knipprath

Lena Knipprath currently serves as the Head of Recruiting & HR-Marketing at Detecon International since November 2021. Previously, Lena held the position of Abteilungsleiterin Recruiting & Employer Branding at KRAUS GHENDLER RUVINSKIJ Anwaltskanzlei / halloAnwalt GmbH & Co. KG for a brief period in 2021. From April 2017 to May 2021, Lena was Teamleiterin Inhouse Recruiting and HR Business Partner at ABLE Management Services GmbH. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Recruiterin Accounting at Amadeus FiRe AG from August 2015 to March 2017 and Mitarbeiterin Personal at Gate Gourmet from July 2013 to July 2015. Lena completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Personalmanagement und Berufsbildung at TH Köln between 2008 and 2013 and pursued further education at Hochschule Fresenius from September 2021 to August 2023. Additionally, Lena obtained training as a Bürokauffrau at Berufskolleg Currenta GmbH & Co. OHG Leverkusen from 2005 to 2008.
