Shawn mac

Shawn Mac is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef and Campus Supervisor for the Detroit Pistons since August 2019. Prior roles include Executive Chef at DTE Energy-compass for a brief period in early 2019, and Executive Chef at Greektown Casino-Hotel from September 2017 to January 2019, overseeing operations at the Prism Restaurant. Shawn also possesses a strong background in culinary education, having worked as a Culinary Instructor at Mirepoix Cooking School from June 2012 to August 2017, and as Corporate Executive Chef at Holiday Market from February 2009 to August 2017. Shawn holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Schoolcraft College, completed from 1990 to 1992.
