Ela Paschke-Duke

Ela Paschke-Duke is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in inclusion consulting, therapy practice management, and nursing. Currently serving as an Inclusion Consultant at Deutsche Bahn since April 2023, Ela previously held roles including Referentin at LEBEN - PFLEGE - DIGITAL, where responsibilities included knowledge transfer and public relations regarding technical products in the care sector. Ela's research experience includes work at Charité, focusing on pain and resilience in the elderly. With extensive practice management and mentoring experience in ergotherapy, Ela has led practices in various healthcare fields and has contributed to academic work and publications. Ela holds a Master of Public Health from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Sciences from Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal, among other qualifications.
