Haitian Xu

Haitian (Jason) Xu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in quantitative analytics and strategy, currently serving as Director and Head of Global Emerging Market Desk Strategists at Deutsche Bank since November 2016. Previous roles include VP of Quantitative Analytics and Debt Strategists at Deutsche Bank, and various positions at ANZ and Barclays Investment Bank, where expertise encompassed interest rate derivatives, currency curve management, and pricing analytics. Haitian (Jason) Xu began a career in research and development at Toshiba Research Europe, focusing on speech recognition systems, following a strong academic background with a Ph.D. in Speech Processing from Aalborg University and a Master’s in Signal Processing from Tsinghua University.
