Matthias Henschel

Matthias Henschel is an innovative and solution-driven leader with extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the Head of Retained Organization Postbank Systems and Head of Enterprise Services at Deutsche Bank since January 2021. Prior to this role, Matthias held various prominent positions at Deutsche Bank from November 2010 to January 2020, including Director of Enterprise Services for Digi Core Services and Director of IT Vendor Optimization and Application Management Sales & Analytics. Matthias possesses strong technical and commercial skills, along with exceptional strategic planning and negotiation abilities, complemented by an Executive MBA from Columbia University and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
