Michael Tekieli

Michael Tekieli currently serves as the Head of AI Lab and Data Science Lead at Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund since September 2020, where leadership in Data Science initiatives and conducting maturity analyses for AI readiness are key responsibilities. Previously, Michael was Teamlead for Workforce Planning and Analytics, managing a team to enhance HR forecasting tools and drive a cultural shift toward data-driven decision-making. A sabbatical from November 2019 to August 2020 included travel and participation in data science training through a comprehensive bootcamp. Earlier roles include Executive Assistant to the CEO at ERGO Digital IT and Research Associate & PhD Candidate at ESCP Business School, conducting research projects that led to a PhD and published articles. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. from ESCP Business School and degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from Universität Trier.
