Marta Buczma

Marta Buczma currently serves as the Director of the Customer Relations Department at DEVELIA S.A. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Marta held various positions at Echo Investment from September 2017 to July 2023, including Manager of Customer Service and Senior Client Advisor. Marta's career also includes experience at Dom Development as a Proxy/Client Advisor from April 2010 to August 2017 and at Pekao Property S.A. as a Specialist from November 2008 to March 2010. Marta Buczma holds a postgraduate degree in Customer Value Management from the Warsaw School of Economics (2012-2013) and two master's degrees in Management Psychology and Administration from Kozminski University (2003-2010).
