Seison (Sarvasan) Reddy is an accomplished investment banker and speaker with extensive experience in managing investment teams and structuring complex financial transactions across Africa. Currently serving as the Head of Transacting SA & International at the Development Bank of Southern Africa since September 2011, Reddy oversees a team of investment professionals and technical specialists, engaging with State Owned Entities, corporates, and private equity funds. Previously, Reddy held positions such as Pre-Investment Manager at the National Empowerment Fund, where leadership of a 12-member team focused on business development and stakeholder management, and Regional Director at Enablis SA, overseeing strategy and fund management. Reddy began a career as Portfolio Manager at Business Partners Ltd, specializing in marketing financial products and conducting due diligence. Reddy holds an MBA from Wits Business School, a Bachelor's in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa, and recently completed the Senior Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
