Erica Harris

Erica Harris is a highly experienced Behavior Specialist with a comprehensive background in working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities and autism. Currently employed at the Developmental Disabilities Institute since November 2014, Erica oversees the psychology department and is responsible for creating and implementing behavior plans, staff training, and analyzing behavioral data. Erica concurrently serves as an Applied Behavior Specialist at ACLD, where similar duties are undertaken for individuals in group homes. Prior experience includes a role as an Applied Behavior Specialist at PSCH from November 2003 to September 2009. Erica holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, earned between 2002 and 2004.
