Beata Pucyk

Beata Pucyk serves as the Group HR Director at Devire Group since January 2024, leading one of the fastest-growing HR solutions providers in Central and Eastern Europe. With extensive experience at Devire since February 2019, Beata has held multiple roles including Head of Office Administration, GDPR Officer, and HR Manager. Additionally, Beata functions as the Group HR Director and HR Manager at Neumann Executive. Beata's previous roles include positions at Devire focused on outsourcing services and account management, as well as early experiences at PwC and Radio Zet. Beata holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie.
