Agnieszka Nowak

Agnieszka Nowak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and branch management, currently serving as the Senior Branch Manager in Katowice at Devire since June 2014. Previously held various managerial positions at CERN Poland, including Branch Manager and Manufacturing & Engineering Division Manager, where responsibilities encompassed team management, recruitment for middle and senior positions, client acquisition, and training. Earlier experience includes serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Legend HR Advisors. Agnieszka holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Human Resource Management and Corporate Social Responsibility from Tischner European University, in addition to a master's degree in Sociology from Katowice School of Economics and a high school diploma in Environmental Protection.
