Sam Fraser

Sam Fraser currently serves as Deputy Director of People and Culture at Devon County Council since October 2023. Previously, Sam Fraser was Head of Recruitment and SW HR Operations at HUC Healthcare and served as Associate Director of People and Organisational Development at Devon Doctors.
