Katie Fung

Katie Fung is a Partner at Devonshires, having held this position since April 2021, and previously served as a Senior Associate Solicitor at Winckworth Sherwood LLP from April 2013 to April 2021. With substantial expertise in property-related matters, Katie specializes in site acquisitions, development, and regeneration work, focusing on strategic land acquisitions and joint ventures between developers and registered providers. Prior to joining Winckworth Sherwood, Katie worked as a Property Solicitor at Devonshires from January 2010 to March 2013. Katie holds a Law degree from the College of Law, completed in 2004.
