Ivana Gusic

Ivana Gusic serves as Chief of Staff at Devtech since December 2020, providing strategic support to the CEO and facilitating the execution of organizational strategy and cross-functional initiatives. Previous roles at Devtech include Head of Internal Operations, overseeing business transformation and operational efficiency, and Operations Manager, managing the M&A process for the company's first acquisition. Before Devtech, Ivana worked at Meta as Global Operations Programs Lead, implementing large-scale programs, and began career at AIESEC, progressing through various leadership roles focused on public relations and marketing. Ivana holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade.
