Steven Anderson - CFPS, LSSGB

Steven Anderson is a CFPS, LSSGB with work experience in various roles. Steven started their career in 2018 as a Hydraulic Technician at Air-Hydraulic Systems where they performed troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repairs of hydraulic cylinders, motors, and pumps. In 2019, they joined E.A. Sween Company as a Maintenance Mechanic, responsible for designing and improving processes, performing machining and welding tasks, and overseeing building maintenance. Steven was later promoted to Operations Reliability Technician, where they focused on designing and improving systems and processes across the plant and working with contractors for equipment onboarding and optimization. Most recently, they joined DeZURIK as an Engineering Lab Technician.

Steven Anderson attended Bemidji State University from 2019 to 2023, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Engineering. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Hydraulics and Fluid Power Technology/Technician from Hennepin Technical College between 2017 and 2019. In 2022, Steven also pursued a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from St. Thomas University.
