Cecilia Lonning-Skovgaard

Cecilia Lonning-Skovgaard is an experienced director in the field of human resources and public administration, currently serving as the Director of the Centre of Excellence and Director of Global Rewards at DFDS. Prior roles include Beskæftigelses- og integrationsborgmester at Københavns Kommune and Spidskandidat for Venstre i København, along with a position as a Member of the Copenhagen City Council representing Venstre, Danmarks Liberale Parti. Additionally, Cecilia held the role of Senior Director of Performance & Reward at DONG Energy. Cecilia holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and completed an executive program at INSEAD.
