Stefan Bidstrup

Stefan Bidstrup is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in retail and property development. Currently serving as the Head of Real Estate at DFDS since May 2022, Stefan previously held the position of Director of Expansion at ALDI Danmark from June 2020 to May 2022. Prior roles include Development Manager at Bonava, where responsibilities included land acquisition, and Senior Development Manager at Dansk Supermarked Group, focusing on store openings and relocations in Greater Copenhagen. Stefan's earlier experience also encompasses key roles at Coop Danmark, where responsibilities included strategy and property portfolio negotiations, and as a Developer at Lidl Danmark. Before entering the real estate sector, Stefan was a professional football player, competing for clubs such as Viborg ff, AaB A/S, Wigan Athletic, and Lyngby FC. Stefan holds a Mini MBA from Probana Business School and various educational credentials in commerce from Aalborg Handelsskole and Helsingør Handelsskole.
