Dohn Li is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as the Group People & Culture Director at DFI Retail Group since April 2016, Dohn has held multiple leadership roles, including People & Culture Business Partner Lead for Health & Beauty in North Asia and Organisation Design & Change Partner. Dohn began a career in HR through roles at New World Telecom, SmarTone-Vodafone, and Sa Sa International Holdings Limited.
