Milena Araujo

Milena Araujo has extensive experience in sales and customer management, currently serving as an Administradora de vendas internas at DFL since December 2021, where responsibilities include national sales, portfolio management, negotiation and proposal approval, CRM tracking, and post-sale technical support to ensure customer loyalty. Previously, Milena held the position of Promotora de vendas at DFL from March 2018 to June 2021, focusing on product presentation, market research, and client prospecting. Earlier roles include an Estagiário de tecnologia da informação, involving planning and execution of IT solutions, and a Jovem aprendiz in TI, managing the customer service system "movidesk." Milena holds a degree in Analise e desenvolvimento de sistemas from Universidade Veiga de Almeida, completed in July 2023.
