Ajay Karale

Ajay Karale is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in cost consulting and estimation. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Consultant at Dharam Consulting since October 2021, Ajay previously held the position of Lead Estimator at KATERRA, where leadership of a team and management of contract-level pricing were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Estimator at Al Faraa Construction and Industrial Group, Estimation Engineer at JPA Tulja Architects, and Junior Engineer at Gulmohar Development Pvt Ltd. Ajay holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from M.S. Bidve Engineering College Latur and has foundational training in Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic College.
