Rick Miller

Mr. Rick Miller has served as a member of the board since 2011. Mr. Miller has been a businessman and philanthropist in the Portland area for many years. In 2010, Mr. Miller co-founded the private equity firm, Rogue Venture Partners to invest in Oregon based entrepreneurs. Mr. Miller founded Avamere Group in 1995 and currently serves as its Chairman. Avamere is a diversified family of companies with a progressive agenda to keep seniors healthy, independent and out of hospital and nursing facilities for as long as practicable. Mr. Miller earned a B.A. in Marketing and Management from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Portland State University.
