Lisa First has over two decades of experience in research and development within the beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Innovation R&D for Europe, Africa, and Disrupt at Diageo since August 2001. Lisa has held multiple leadership roles at Diageo, including Director and Head of Innovation R&D in Africa, where responsibilities included executing product pipelines, nurturing launched products, and converting consumer insights into growth strategies. Lisa’s innovative approach has led to the successful launch of new brands, such as 'Snapp,' recognized for its impact in the market. Lisa's previous experience also includes managing supply innovation and product development initiatives, complemented by an educational background in food science and engineering, including a recent program at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford focusing on sustainable corporations.
