Rebecca Simons

Rebecca Simons is an experienced project manager with a strong focus on sustainability and environmental conservation. Currently holding multiple roles at Diageo, including Project Manager, Sustainability Water Coordinator, and Governance Lead since September 2022, Rebecca has previously contributed to sustainable consumption initiatives as a Sustainable Consumption Programme Assistant at both Consumers International and the One Planet Network in early 2022. A background in sustainability and administration was developed as a Sustainability and Conservation Administrator at Wolfson College from August 2021 to August 2022. Early career experiences include roles in customer service and support at various organizations, including JD Wetherspoon and John Lewis & Partners. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from the University of Sussex.
