Ted Szuman

Ted Szuman is an experienced professional in innovation and strategy, currently serving as Innovation Lead at Diageo since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ted held various positions at AkzoNobel from February 2014 to July 2023, including Senior Incubator Lead for the Global Innovation Incubator, Head of Innovation for the UK and Ireland, and Senior Innovation Manager. Ted's earlier experience includes consulting for Your Future (part of McCann Worldgroup) and freelancing as a Planner/Strategist, with key work for clients such as Coca-Cola and McDonald's. Ted also worked as a Planner at Conspiracy Group and as an Account Executive at Cantor Hindson Associates. Ted holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Sussex.
