Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and was the Owner/Manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and taught courses related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
