Vanessa Karras, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, management consulting, and project management. Currently serving as Principal at Diagram Ventures since March 2024, Vanessa specializes in building and incubating global companies. Prior to this role, Vanessa spent over five years at McKinsey & Company, progressing from Associate to Associate Partner. Early career experiences include a Business Analyst Intern position at Qube 4D Ventures Inc., where Vanessa delivered impactful recommendations and led market research, and founding Gestion Vanessa Karras, providing management services to the music industry.
