Balakrishnan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the National President of Bharatiya Yuva Seva Sangh and the Executive Director at Royal Reach Spirits, Balakrishnan has also fulfilled the role of National Secretary for North Central Zone, organizing significant public programs in multiple Indian states. In academia, Balakrishnan contributes as a Visiting Professor at Shimla University and is actively involved with IUCN's Climate Crisis Commission and other environmental and social policy committees. Balakrishnan's additional roles include Strategy Consultant at Dialectica, Chairman of the Board at Aadhan Strategic Solutions, and politicking with the Bharatiya Janata Party.
