Lisa Banks

Lisa Banks possesses extensive experience in finance and executive leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors and AC Chair at Dialpad since August 2021, Lisa previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at SpotOn from January 2022 to October 2024. A significant tenure at ServiceNow from January 2015 to December 2021 included roles such as Senior Vice President of Finance overseeing Investor Relations, FP&A, and Operational Excellence, as well as various Vice President positions. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Cisco from October 2005 to January 2015, MarketWatch.com from February 2004 to June 2005, Yipes Enterprise Services from October 2002 to January 2004, and Ernst & Young from September 1999 to September 2002 as an Audit Senior. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Santa Clara University.
