Ross Thelen

Ross Thelen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, particularly in voice technology and AI. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager for AI at Dialpad since April 2023, Ross is responsible for the development of generative AI features, including the launch of Ai Agent Assist. Prior to this role, Ross spent over 14 years at Apple, holding various positions such as Senior Product Manager for Voice in Apple Music & Podcasts, where contributions were made to enhance music and podcast services. Additional roles at Apple included managing operations for voice technology, and partner experience for products like iTunes and Apple Music. Earlier experience includes working at Horn Group as an Account Executive, focusing on digital communications for technology clients. Ross holds a degree in Public Relations from the University of Southern California.
