Ben Pasternack

Ben Pasternack is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private capital and credit investing. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Head of Private Capital at Diameter Capital Partners LP since June 2023, Ben also holds the position of Co-CEO and President of Diameter Credit Company. Prior roles include Managing Director at Ares Management Corporation, focusing on direct lending, and involvement in special situations and credit investing at Highbridge Principal Strategies and BlackRock Kelso Capital. Ben's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, along with studies at the University of Oxford.
