Jim Skiavo

Jim Skiavo is an accomplished technical project management professional with extensive experience in engineering leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Project Management at Diamond State Networks since October 2022, Jim previously held significant roles at Windstream Communications as Staff Manager of Engineering from August 2006 to January 2018, overseeing a team of 15 engineers and managing a capital budget exceeding $20 million for various facilities projects. Earlier in Jim’s career, from September 1999 to August 2006, Jim served as Staff Manager of Engineering at ALLTEL Communications, leading the planning and operations of the Alltel SS7 network and managing critical databases. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
