Hemanth Kapa

Hemanth Kapa is currently a Resident Advisor at Dickinson College and an Emergent Ventures Grantee at the Mercatus Center, where Hemanth supports innovative ideas aimed at societal improvement. Prior experience includes roles as a Student Intern at Oregon Health & Science University, a Summer Intern at Scripps Research, a Fellow at The Villars Institute, a BLVD Scholar at Boulevard, and an Apprentice at Mamelani, focusing on empowering vulnerable youth. Hemanth also organized events for CodeDay and served as a Fellow with Civics Unplugged, promoting civic innovation among Gen Z. Hemanth has been recognized as a Student Ambassador for the New York Academy of Sciences, achieving finalist status in a global challenge. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Computer Science and Neuroscience at Dickinson College, Hemanth has participated in prestigious programs such as Wolfram Summer School and studies at the University of Helsinki.
