Brian Whitmire

Brian Whitmire is a seasoned technical trainer with extensive experience in the automotive and diesel industries. Currently serving as a Technical Trainer at Cox Automotive Mobility Fleet Services since July 2022, Brian previously worked as a GSE Mechanic at FedEx from October 2019 to July 2022, where Brian successfully completed the AIM (Advance into Management) Training program. Prior to that, Brian spent over a decade as a Diesel Instructor at Lincoln College of Technology, imparting knowledge on various aspects of Diesel and Truck Technology. Brian's background also includes roles as a Diesel Technician and Shift Supervisor at Marten Transport, and as a Lead Diesel Technician at Schneider National, along with early experience as an Automotive Technician at Kmart Corporation. Brian holds two Associate’s Degrees in Automobile Mechanics Technology and Diesel Mechanics Technology from Lincoln Tech - Indianapolis.
