Steve Soroka

Steve Soroka has extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors, including nonprofit, real estate, telecommunications, and defense. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Didlake since July 2022, Steve supports employment and rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities. As a licensed REALTOR® with The Soroka Group of Long and Foster since January 2019, Steve also engages in real estate transactions in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Previously, as President and CEO of SourceAmerica from 2015 to 2018, Steve led efforts to create employment opportunities for people with significant disabilities. Steve's background includes senior roles at Unisys, Mobile Satellite Ventures, Sprint Nextel, Astrolink International, Iridium LLC, and Westinghouse Electric, where responsibilities ranged from network operations to homeland security and satellite communications. Steve's educational background includes a BS in Analytic Management from the United States Naval Academy, an MBA in Management from Loyola University Maryland, and a Certificate in Strategic Business Leadership from Georgetown University.
