Mark Uitvlugt

Mark Uitvlugt is an experienced professional currently serving as Manager SCI at DUO (Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs) since February 2024. Prior to this role, Mark worked at excap NL from June 2012 to February 2024, taking on responsibilities as Operationeel Manager and Projectmanager.
