Lihua Bai

Lihua Bai currently serves as the Director of Operations at Diesel Labs, a position held since April 2021. Prior experience spans nearly nine years at The TJX Companies, Inc., where Lihua Bai held various roles, including Planning Manager for Merchandise Flow and Ladies Sportswear Merchandising, as well as Manager and Supervisor of Merchandise Financial Planning and Analysis. Earlier experience includes a role as an Analyst in Strategy & Analysis at Digitas from May 2010 to April 2012. Lihua Bai completed a Bachelor of Science in Management Science with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and obtained a BS in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
