Callaway Neill

Callaway Neill is an experienced carpenter and farm operations manager with a background in construction and agricultural management. Currently serving as Carpenter General Foreman for Castle Contracting, LLC since May 2023 and as Carpenter Foreman for McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since July 2022, Callaway Neill has previously held various carpentry roles, including Journeyman Carpenter at Castle Contracting, LLC and multiple apprentice positions. Early career experience includes managing day-to-day farm operations at Neill & Sons Dairy, along with roles in agriculture and sales. Callaway Neill holds a degree in Agricultural Science from Truman State University.
