Aaron Lerch

Aaron Lerch is an experienced technology leader currently serving as CTO at Digible, Inc., starting in November 2023. Previously, Aaron held the position of Engineering Leader for the Compute Platform at Netflix from March 2021 to June 2023, leading an 18-member engineering team to develop scalable and reliable systems. As Director of Engineering at InVision from September 2017 to February 2021, Aaron managed a team of over 30, focusing on product vision and overcoming internal silos. Aaron has also contributed as a Board Member at Malembe Rise, a Senior Software Architect at DemandJump, an Engineering Manager and Lead Engineer at DeveloperTown, and held engineering roles at Genesys and Raytheon. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Taylor University between 1996 and 2000.
