Kelly Milanese

Kelly Milanese serves as the Group Chief People Officer at Digicel Group since July 2020, overseeing human resources for a company that operates across 31 markets in the Caribbean, Central America, and Asia Pacific. Prior to this role, Kelly had significant leadership experience at Virgin Media, including positions as Deputy Chief People Officer and People Director from May 2016 to April 2018, and as People Director for Virgin Media Business from October 2013 to April 2016. Kelly also held various human resources roles at Virgin Media starting in March 2005, at Phones 4u, Rosebys Ltd, and Doncaster and Bassetlaw NHS Trust. Educational qualifications include programs completed at IMD and Hult Ashridge, along with studies at Dearne Valley Business School.
