Haseeb Naz

Haseeb Naz is an experienced professional currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Digis Squared (Digis2) since June 2021, specializing in the seamless delivery of third-party products to STC and possessing extensive knowledge in escalation procedures and incident management. Prior to this role, Haseeb worked as a Support Engineer at Ericsson from August 2000 to June 2021, providing technical support for Mobile Positioning System (MPS) and Location Based Services (LBS). Haseeb began their career as a Spare Parts Clerk at United Motors in July 2000, where responsibilities included managing the spare parts database and reporting inventory levels. Haseeb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University, obtained from 1996 to 2000, and completed high school at Pakistan Embassy School in Riyadh from 1988 to 1995, focusing on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry.
