Frederic Rombaut

Frederic Rombaut is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and investment sectors. Currently serving as General Partner at Digital Alpha since January 2025, Frederic focuses on global investments in critical digital infrastructure, leveraging expertise and strategic partnerships, notably with Cisco Systems. Previously, Frederic held various leadership roles including Head of Special Situations at Emirates Investment Authority, General Partner at Seraphim Space Fund, and Managing Director at Cisco, where initiatives included corporate development and digital transformation projects. Frederic also contributed to the growth of Qualcomm Ventures Europe, and held key positions at Eni France, Noos, Apax Partners, Bouygues Group, and IBM, primarily focused on innovation, mobile technology, and digital infrastructure. Frederic holds an MBA from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School and a Master's degree in Engineering from ECE Ecole d'Ingénieurs.
