Kelsey Glover

Kelsey Glover is an experienced professional in strategic communications and public diplomacy, currently serving as Director at APCO Worldwide since April 2018, with previous roles including Senior Associate Director and Senior Consultant for Global Projects. Glover has contributed to the Digital Diplomacy Coalition as a Board Member and Spokesperson from August 2013 to January 2023, facilitating collaboration among diplomatic and tech communities. Roles have also included Public Relations Manager at the German Marshall Fund of the United States and Communications Consultant for KLG Strategic Solutions. Additionally, Glover has served as Media and Public Affairs Officer at the Embassy of Afghanistan, focusing on communications strategy and outreach. An alumnus of Elon University with a B.A. in Strategic Communications and International Studies, Glover has a strong foundation in engaging diverse audiences through innovative communication practices.
