Pranith Keat

Pranith Keat has an extensive background in human resources, having worked at Digital Divide Data (DDD) since July 2013, progressing from HR Internal Service Officer to Manager of Human Resources. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Cambodian Labor Law, managing payroll and employee benefits, overseeing attendance systems, and maintaining accurate staff records. Pranith also oversees HR policies, implements onboarding procedures, and communicates with external institutions regarding labor matters. Prior experience includes a role as an Agency Officer at Cambodia Recruitment Agency and a solid educational foundation with an Associate of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance.
