Jason Kampf

Jason Kampf serves on the Board and overseas Business Development for CoVant. Exclusively partnered with Madison Dearborn Partners (Chicago), CoVant brings true operational experience to the PE marketplace. CoVant and Madison Dearborn Partners acquired LGS Innovations (LGS) during 2012. LGS focuses on providing technical solutions to the U.S. Government and is a strategic technology partner with Digital Global Systems (DGS). Jason sits on the LGS, CoVant and DGS Boards and thus ensures LGS and DGS pursue opportunities where there is synergy between the two firm’s solutions. A graduate of American University, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, Law, Economics & Government.
