Raffael Knecht

Raffael Knecht is a legal and management professional with extensive experience in data governance, FinTech, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Deputy Head of Data Governance and Program Lead for Swisscom Sign, Raffael manages corporate innovation and stakeholder partnerships. Raffael provides legal consultancy in FinTech and eGovernment and holds academic positions as a lecturer in Business and Digital Law. Previous roles include lawyer in various public institutions, co-founder and CEO of a LegalTech startup, and associate at a law firm. Raffael holds multiple degrees in law and data protection management from prestigious institutions, including the University of Bern and Executive School.
