Mike Smith

Mike Smith is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at DigitalBridge, overseeing a platform that manages $75 billion in investments within digital infrastructure globally. Previous roles include Head of Asset Management and Capital Markets at Hudson Gate Partners and Global Lateral Recruiting Lead at Citadel Securities. Mike has also served as the Global Head of Talent at Genesis and Vice President, Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Mobility at GLG. Early career experiences include consulting at Deep3, and serving as Principal for the Americas Practice at The Omerta Group, Managing Partner for Financial Services at JR Partners, and Managing Director of the US Practice at Principal Search. Mike began a career in talent management as a Director at JR Partners. Mike holds a B.S./B.A. degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Rutgers University.
